To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorization will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.

* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.

* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or check.

* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock

* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock

* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock

* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 860 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
