In order to avoid damage to the premises, the owners of bicycles and skis must use the supports fixed to the ground in the secure garage and go through the garage door to store them or take them out, and in no case store them in the apartments. A video-surveillance system is installed. Any offender may be detained all or part of the deposit.
Please note that towels and bed linen can be provided for an additional charge of €8 per bed for bed linen and €8 per person for towels. They are included for the upper apartment.
Additional charges for pets are €9 per day or €50 per week
