Les Grozilles is a stunning house located in 150 acres of gorgeous park woodland. Our suites are beautifully appointed with a tasteful blend of modern comforts and antique furnishings. In the near future we will offering and additional self-contained 'Gite' which, again, will be beautifully furbished - the perfect base for stay in the stunning Charente region. We are located in a rural area with but conveniently close to a lively village with local butcher, baker and grocery - A twenty minute drive sees you in the vibrant and culture rich city of Angouleme. Here you'll find loads to do and see - coupled with an wide range of cafes, bars and restaurants. We pride ourselves on delivering comfortable accommodation in a unique environment with a truly welcoming atmosphere. With prior arrangement your dog can be on holiday with you and enjoy the surrounding grounds. All in all we feel that we offer a a wonderful base for a longer stay, or the perfect overnight relaxation hideaway. Privacy, peace and quiet and a truly peaceful ambience.

Les Grozilles is located to be a perfect base for exploring the rural beauty of the Charente - and indeed that of the Dordogne which borders our area. Additionally we are within easy driving distance of the beautiful, historic and vibrant city of Angouleme. There are activities available all around us. A range of river canoeing opportunities nearby, a short drive to the Lakes of the Charente where a range of Aquatic activities are available. On a more tranquil note - beautiful walks, wonderful ornithological opportunities or simply relaxing in the sunshine with a good book. Visitors to our property have full access to our many acres of wooded parkland - through which clear paths allow guests to saunter in quiet and peacful safety. Within a circle of 45 minutes easy driving our guests can eat in delightfully french restaurants, relax into cafe society, enjoy wonderful ancient architecture and so much more. Just wanting to do nothing, or go nowhere and just let the everyday world soak away? Les Grozilles is perfect. Well appointed self-catering accomodation serves as the perfect springboard to a full recharging of your batteries. Our lovely pool, hot tub facility and small range of fitness apparatus let you do as much or as little as you want - all without leaving our property.
