Property information

An impressive gite over four levels, Les Cathares is accessed from both front and rear terraces. The first level comprises a small kitchenette, washing machine and access door on to main terrace. The second level has a huge double bedroom (with direct orchard garden access), main bathroom and large space with two single beds (ideal for children). The third level has a huge hall with snooker table, punch bag and piano with terrace access via big glazed doors. There's a further large living room with seating for six and satellite TV, full sized kitchen with seating for six and direct access to the rear terrace. The kitchen includes large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and lots of storage space. The fourth floor has a large double bedroom, en suite bathroom and stunning private terrace with lighting and incredible views to the valley. This gite might not be suitable for groups with babies, toddlers or elderly as there are four flights of stairs and no stair gates due to the size of staircases (we have other more suitable gites for very small children). The gite comes with it's own outdoor terrace (behind the property - this does not have valley...
