Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Tarbes, this charming flat, cosy with a vintage spirit, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice semi-open bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden and a private terrace. Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and WC. Outside : - A private terrace of about 15 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. - A shared garden within the residence of about 800 m². Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. The flat is ideally located in Tarbes in the Arsenal district, in a very pleasant environment and in full expansion of activities. You will be close to all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, markets... and you will be 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Activities : Come and discover the capital of Bigorre, the city of Tarbes invites you to discover its beautiful garden classified as remarkable: the Massey garden. This wonderful landscaped park, laid out in the 19th century by the naturalist Placide Massey, is home to a large number of rare species. Also worth seeing is the Tarbes national stud farm, created by Napoleon in 1806, which is now a listed historic monument. Food lovers should not miss the Marcadieu market, which hosts a fresh produce market every Thursday morning.
