Cette maisonnette très lumineuse avec vue panoramique sur le jardin est composée : - D’une pièce à vivre avec grand canapé-lit d'angle (140×200), télévision, table de salle à manger et cuisine équipée (plaques, lave vaisselle, frigo, micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso, Bouilloire, grille pain, ventilateur, lave linge dans le batiment) - D’une chambre avec un lit double (140×200) et une grande armoire/penderie. - D’une salle de bain et de toilettes séparées.
