Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you in the commune of Agde, this charming studio to 300 meters of the beach of Richelieu, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room of 20 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bathroom. Wifi, we are waiting for you! Common area: - A shared swimming pool (not heated), open from May, a small pool for children and a guard to secure the place (opening dates not contractual, subject to modification of the residence). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels not included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - - There is no heating in this apartment, but auxiliary heaters are available. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay (ad management and reservations service) and Rand&Wout Net (concierge / housekeeping service) teams.

In the heart of Cap d'Agde, you will be only 50 meters walking distance from the private beach of the island, public transport and the town centre where you will find all amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-markets, shops, restaurants, bars, markets and nightlife.
