Would you like to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Morbihan countryside and the proximity of Vannes? The cottage "Le Stevan" will meet all your expectations. This small 75m² house in the village of Grand-Champ can accommodate up to 2 people. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) and lounge area. Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Le Stevan is ideal for romantic getaways, as it's an inviting place to relax. All you have to do is plan your escapades to discover our beautiful region! The accommodation comprises - 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace and dining table - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with king-size bed (180x190). - Bathroom with shower and separate washbasin - Separate WC on 1st floor An ironing board and iron are also available. As always with Cocoonr, your apartment is ready to live in: cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit oil, salt, pepper... IMPORTANT: this accommodation is equipped with a fairly steep staircase to access the sleeping area and bathroom, which is not suitable for young children, the elderly or people with mobility problems. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who will be happy to help you.

The house is ideally located in the village of Grand Champ, 10 minutes from Vannes by car, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: - You can park directly in the parking lot opposite the house at your convenience. - Nearest train station: SNCF Vannes station about 20 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, about 1h30 by car
