Le Rumain is situated in a quiet, rural setting on an area of 39,000 square metres and a neighbouring forest. The manoir (main house) with its pigeon tower was built in the 16th and 17th centuries. The studio/apartment is located in a separate building, has its own entrance and is accessible via a garden/courtyard. The flat (approx. 32 square metres) consists of a large room, a small bathroom and offers space for 2 people (1 x double bed 160 x 200 cm). A kitchenette with cooker, fridge and microwave is available for preparing your meals. There is seating and a barbecue in the communal garden/courtyard. Private parking is available on site free of charge. The heating runs on electricity. 15 kWh/day are included. Any additional kWh consumed will be charged according to consumption (separate meter) at the usual electricity price at the time of consumption.
