Company information

We are family company managing a small selection of properties for their owners. Everything from 1 bed barn conversions to villas with pools and even a small chateau. Personal service, spotless accomodation, bespoke shopping service on request and also a cook on request to prepare breakfast and/or evening meals. We live within 45 minutes to an hour of all of the properties and are on call to help with any problems or offer advice/suggestions on the local area. Lots of 5* reviews on other sites we promise to do all we can to make your holiday truly special. We moved to this beautiful area of France in the summer of 2018 and we love our home and our job! PLEASE NOTE NO PARTIES OR GROUPS OF UNDER 25's AT THIS PROPERTY!

Property information

This unique and impressive small Chateau has recently been fully renovated and includes a large heated inground pool available from April to October. It incorporates elegant and spacious accommodation across three floors, perfect for families, groups (retreats, clubs and societies),. friends sharing and small weddings. Located within a short distance of the Mediterranean and skiing areas and in and amongst beautiful countryside for lovers of nature, walking, cycling, horse riding and picnicking. Barcelona is only 3 hours drive or take the TGV from Perpignan. The house is set back from the road in the centre of the village of Lapradelle with ample privacy and screened fencing. There is a local restaurant, bar and a small shop and you can walk directly into the hills and countryside around the village including a steep walk up to the Chateau at Puilaurens. We can provide a shopping service for your arrival (small extra charge) and a cook to prepare breakfasts and/or evening meals, just let us know in advance. NO PARTIES PLEASE OR GROUPS OF UNDER 25'S
