It can be rent separatly with 3 bedrooms in each and one large bathroom. (LOFT or Mainfloor separatly). The apartment is homely, is spacious, and is 352 sqm². It has views of the mountain and the lake. The house is situated in a residential neighborhood in a mountainous area. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, 150 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, balcony, childrens area, single boiler on gas, air conditionning. Superb panoramic view for this recently built LOFT & MAINFLOOR apartments just a few hundred feet from Lake Annecy and the port of Sevrier. Total superficy of ​​3.800sqf with private terrace and balcony (of 650sqf each). Each apartment has a private outdoor jacuzzi (2 bathrobe complimentary; extra are optional). Garden and last floor of a 3 levels/3 apartments house, no elevator. The Middle floor is occupied as holiday property by its owner.
