The Cocoonr Agency offers you to rent, in Rennes, this flat with wifi and direct access to the shopping centres Colombia and 3 Soleils, of a surface of 64 m ² exposed south west and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 8th floor (with lift), it consists of a nice bright living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
