In Pringy, we offer you this charming 320 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 90 m² triple living room with XXL sofa, armchairs and TV. - The living area opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a central island - Fitness area equipped and a hammam - A private cinema with a giant screen, Netflix, Canal+ and seven comfortable armchairs - A vast indoor patio with a comfortable sofa and table soccer - A pool/jacuzzi (max 5 people) Upstairs: - Master suite with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room with Italian shower, double basin and TV - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: Two single beds - Bathroom with shower and bath - Two separate WCs Additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
