You'll love its practicality. The condominium is well-kept. Like to get some fresh air? It also has a large balcony overlooking the magnificent Jardin des Plantes. The location is ideal, close to the station, tramway and Jardin des Plantes. A major asset? Private underground parking! Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). Le Jardin des Plantes is located in a quiet street, on the second floor of the residence. It comprises : - a beautiful living room, with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge-TV area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob, multi-function oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils. - washing machine - living room with TV and internet connection. - a bedroom with a double bed (140*190). - a bedroom with 2 single beds (80*190). - a beautiful bathroom with bathtub. - separate WC - basement parking space. For your convenience, you'll also have a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Other remarks: - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. - To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). - To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). - Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. - This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

Cocoonr Agency: The Jardin des Plantes is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its functioning and will give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar. Neighbourhood and transport The Jardin des Plantes is located in the railway station area. It is well served by public transport as the tram line 1 is only 2 minutes away (Station stop), thanks to this line you are only two stops away from our famous Château des Ducs.
