Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you On the ground floor: - A large and beautiful living room with double exposure of 70 m² including a functional and fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area with a large convivial dining table for 14 people and overlooking the very spacious living room with many sofas and armchairs and embellished with a wood stove, a foosball table, an electronic dart board and an arcade terminal. - A storeroom is available behind the kitchen and has a washing machine, a dryer as well as various cooking appliances (raclette, crepe maker), an ironing board and iron and household utensils. On the 1st half level : - A first bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed and storage space. - A library with many books. Many board games are also available. - A spacious bathroom with a double sink, a changing table, a corner whirlpool bathtub and a large shower. - A separate toilet On the 1st floor : - A large bedroom for 4 people containing 2 double beds and plenty of storage space. - A third bedroom with a double bed and storage space. - A "wellness" room with an infrared sauna for 4 people, accessible all year round without extra charge. On the second half of the upper level: - Two other bedrooms with one double and one single bed each, and storage space. - Bathroom, with a sink, a shower and a toilet. In the basement, a "cinema" room with a large screen, an overhead projector and a PlayStation 4. Outside: Outside, you have a beautiful garden of about 1300 m² with a view of the mountains and forests, fully fenced and planted with trees, embellished with a petanque court, 3 well oriented terraces as well as a large pergola of 32 m² on one of the terraces. A barbecue and all the garden furniture are at your disposal to make the most of the garden. Children can enjoy a playground with 2 slides, 3 swings, a climbing wall and a relaxation area under the raised house of the complex.

- You can park 1-2 cars directly in the garage and there is also private parking in the driveway for 3-4 vehicles in front of the house garage. - A charging point for electric vehicles with 2 spaces is ideally located less than 500 metres from the house. - Nearest train station: Remiremont at 25.5 km (26 minutes approx.) - Nearest airports: Strasbourg, Basel, Mulhouse Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - The wood-burning stove is functional, and wood for a welcome flambé is provided. - Pets accepted with a maximum of 3 animals per rental. They are accepted in the living room, garage and exteriors and are prohibited on the floors and bedrooms.
