Le Bel-Air is a flat completely renovated in 2020, ideally located 700 metres from the Corbières beach in St Servan, close to all amenities. This pretty flat sleeps four people and comprises a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC. Bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The flat : Living area: - South-facing living room with sofa bed, coffee table, TV. Dining table for four - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... Sleeping area: - Bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm, large dressing room - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, washing machine, storage space and WC. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets not allowed. - Free Wi-Fi available. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
