An elegant 1930s house, fully restored with taste, opens its doors. Antiques, art objects, silverware, glassware... all the charm of Art Deco period awaits you there. The house has 3 bedrooms: the room of Madame (with shower and WC independent), parquet floor, moldings, cement tiles, taps pink gold, marble fireplace.... a feminine atmosphere very "Belle Epoque". The room of Monsieur, with its bathtub and its terrazzo of origin, parquet, precious wood, leather and alabaster, sporting souvenirs... elegant and retro masculine atmosphere. On the ground floor a living room and a patio (with its garden furniture) are exclusively reserved for you. You will find complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, infusions, fruits, board games, books... In the basement , for cycliste , a self-service laundry room. The whole house is fiber-connected, high-speed wifi internet, RJ45 socket in the rooms, flat screens, VMC, double glazing. Duvets from Maison Dumas (Paris), choice of pillows. The dining room opens its doors in the morning for a breakfast buffet partly organic and local (extra cost, to ordered a day before). 2 closed garages or available, free for bicycles , extra cost for cars.

Between Burgundy and Sancerrois, this elegant 1930’s residence, welcomes you in the very heart of the historic center of Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire, a small lively town, on the banks of the Loire, just opposite Sancerre. In a small quiet street, 50 meters from the famous market (Wednesdays and Sundays), restaurants, cafes, shops and its beautiful cinema (art deco). Bike paths, beaches on the Loire, hiking trails... you can do everything by walking. The train station is itself a 5-minutes walk away (Paris direct 1h45). At 20 meters from the house is a free public parking (with electric charging stations) with disc from 8 to 12am and from 2 to 6pm (discs provided).
