Beautiful summer apartment with balcony and sea view set directly on the famous boulevard La Croisette, seconds away from the beach. You will love staying here during the Cannes Film Festival, MIPIM, LIONS, Yachting and the other conferences and congresses in Cannes! Ideal for both tourists and delegates! This bright, spacious apartment holds 70m2 for four to six people. It features a living room with convertible sofa and dining table two cosy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a plenty of storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Balcony has a direct view on boulevard La Croisette and the beach. Perfect for family holidays as well as a business trip! Provided during your stay: - Clean towels & bedding - Hand soap - Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment - Personal check-in where you will receive the keys for the building Please share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee from 21.00 until midnight - 20 EUR after midnight - 40 EUR Please respect our apartment and neighbours and keep the noise down between 22:00 and 06:00. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund and security deposit will be charged. Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay.
