Superb new 90 m² apartment with terrace and private parking space. Tastefully decorated, it is equipped for 5 people. Washing machine, Nespresso machine, hairdryer and wifi are also included. Bed linen and towels are provided. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with sofa, TV and dining table to enjoy meals together. - A kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare your favorite meals and enjoy total flexibility during your stay. - 3 elegant, well-appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed to ensure a restful sleep after a busy day exploring the city. - A spacious, modern bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Clean towels and basic toiletries are provided. - A terrace where you can relax and enjoy the unobstructed view. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the apartment On site, you'll be greeted by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay. Independent arrival is from 4pm. Keys are collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 8.45pm, so check-in will not be possible after 8.45pm.
