The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 90 m² house in Graye-sur-Mer, 5 minutes' walk from the beach at Brèche de la Valette, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 800 m². We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 50 m² east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A beautiful 800 m² private enclosed garden - A second terrace of 50 m², facing west.
