Your Host Katie, an Australian Artist, travelling in France in 2020, just before the World changed forever, it seemed at the time that it would be a short extension of a holiday, although challenging, our Family made the best of this situation and throughout a series of serendipitous events, we ended up in Saint Sulpice Les Feuilles. The discovery of this gorgeous old house right in the Centre of the Village, that had remained empty for so many years enabled us to re-invent our Lives and begin to renovate her. A lot of hard work and learning to respect the history and artisan features of a Stone House built in the 19th Century was for the most part very enjoyable and rewarding. Living in France has made our family value living a sustainable life and as an Artist, I love to Restore, Re Love and give life to beautiful French Vintage Furniture and Decor. Every piece has been lovingly restored by hand and sourced in particular. Katie H also hosts Art Workshops, Exhibitions, Art Retreats and Events.
