The air-conditioned accommodation has a living room opening onto a large open kitchen. It is equipped with a bathroom with Italian shower and WC, and a separate bedroom. Plenty of storage is available and included in the large built-in cupboards in the bathroom and bedroom. A real convertible sofa can accommodate two additional beds in an extra bed. All bedding is new (mattresses, pillows, bed linen, towels). The bed will be made upon arrival and towels are provided. You will find a nice terrace with a view, a large table, the barbecue (charcoal and utensils provided) and two deck chairs for lounging! Remote controls to activate the opening of the gate, and the lights will be provided on your arrival. The accommodation is 50 meters from the Epicafé; small shop in the village, open from 7:30 a.m., where you will find everything you need for everyday life, bread and fresh pastries, but also local products, souvenirs, a pretty friendly terrace to sip a drink, and 3 evenings per week you can taste or take away excellent pizzas! In addition, 3 restaurants are located within walking distance of the house. The Château du Barroux is a 5-minute walk away. Lac du Paty 5 minutes by car. You will be 30 minutes from Avignon, 10 minutes from Carpentras, 30 minutes from the summit of Mont Ventoux. Also nearby: the Dentelles de Montmirail, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Marseille and its creeks 1h15 away, and the starting point for many walks, motorbike or bicycle rides, which we will be happy to advise you on...
