We are a family company : Douce France Location. The real estate that we have were purchased on a blow of heart and decorated with great care and time spent in the second-hand dealers and antique dealers. There is a soul and a history that emerges from each of our properties and that is why it's very appreciated by our customers. For us, it is essential that our clients feel at home. Property info

The “Farigoule” is a marvelous villa located at Saint-Raphaël (Côte d’Azur). You will enjoy the delightful 350 m² terrace overlooking the sea and supplemented by an infinity-edge pool (10m x 5m – 28° C) plus a second wooden terrace suspended in the greenery where you find a beautiful hot tub. Whether for holidays with friends or family, with or without children, the villa allows you to enjoy the conviviality of group life but also to relax serenity in the distance. Kitchen equipped with ice maker, heated swimming pool*, table tennis, deckchairs, ... you will not be disappointed! *Heated swimming pool from April to October.

The villa is situated at the end of Cape Dramont. Beautiful walks along the cliffs are accessible from the garden. Bakery and small shops within walking distance (few minutes). The Villa is located on a fenced plot of over 8,000 m², with more than 10 direct access to the sea without any road to cross. Children walk safely to sandy or pebble beaches and to several coves, directly from the Villa by footpaths through the woods.
