New apartment (2020) all comfort, very spacious and bright with large windows. It opens to the outside and reinforces the impression of freedom and the outdoors. It includes a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 large terraces. The accommodation offers an exceptional 180 degree view of The Serre-Ponçon Lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is fully equipped ( satellite tv, wifi with medium speed) and has an elevator. In summer, access to a large swimming pool. Please note that all taxes and fees are included in the price of the reservation including final cleanning and tourist taxes.
In the heart of the Southern Alps, on the edge of the Ecrins National Park, the lake of Serre-Ponçon is a veritable sea in the mountains. With many beaches and multiple nautical bases around the lake, summer and winter you will never tire of admiring the splendor of this place. This region, between valleys, gorges and mountains, enjoys a climate that is both mountainous and Provençal. Away from the crowds, in the middle of nature, the Ecrin du Lac is 6 km from Chorges, 20 km from Gap and 15 km from Embrun. It's the perfect place to spend a holiday in nature with your family. The lake of Serre-Ponçon is a paradise for nature sports lovers: hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, water sports, fishing, windsurfing, catamaran, sailing, canyoning, rafting, climbing, via ferrata skydiving, paragliding, ..
