Réf : Le Versace Let yourself be tempted by this cozy and pleasant apartment where you can have your breakfast (and your cocktails) like a King, on a terrace with a great sea view (that's all it's needed for a perfect family vacation.) As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good: - A nicely decorated setting, carefully selected by the owners themselves, to produce a "like-at-home" effect, instead of “like-at-the-hotel”. - A beautiful living room, with sofa bed for two people (also works for a single person) flat screen TV and coffee table, direct access to the terrace and veranda. - A large separate kitchen with everything you need, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all appliances, plus a kettle, a toaster, thousands of silverware items and countless cups, and everything else you need. There is access to the veranda from here too, where there is a table so you can have your meals (or sip cocktails, it's all up to you.) - A first bedroom with a queen size bed and direct access to the terrace. - A second bedroom with two single beds, its own shower room and access to the second terrace (nice surprises keep coming...) - A shower room with everything you need in it (including a walk-in shower). - Separate toilets, but they don't mind at all being separate. - A dedicated private parking space, for a sedan (too small for a suv) Some highlights: - Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July). - Double-pane windows for maximum comfort. - High Speed Wifi Connection, because all you need is love and wifi… And, as a bonus: - Sets of clean sheets are provided, one for each bed. - 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person.
