66 square meters of a very nice apartment , on the first floor overlooking street and courtyard in the Marais: Entrance with cupboards.
 Open kitchen fully equipped, with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and all the necessary for cooking.
 Large living room with two sofas including a sunset for two adults. coffee table, HD TV, internet and storage cabinet.
 Dining area with a large table for 6 people and 6 chairs
 First bedroom, with a bed of 160 * 200 cm and dressing. The window on courtyard. Second bedroom with a 160 * 200cm bed, dressing room and small desk. Light coming from two small windows overlooking the living room.
 1st shower room with walk-in shower, sink. Hair dryer.
 2nd shower room with walk-in shower, sink. Hair dryer.
 A separate WC with washbasin. 
The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
