Independent house in the heart of the village. Ground floor: vestibule, living room with lounge area and dining room/equipped kitchen area, separate toilet. Upstairs: bedroom (large bed for 1 person 120 x 200 cm), bedroom (large bed for 2 people 180 x 200 cm) with desk, bathroom with toilet. Second attic floor: bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm). Electric heating included. Walled garden. Games for children. Charging station for electric vehicles on the square a few meters away. The Mas is an old farm which found itself enclosed in the Small City of Character of Sap. The streets and alleys are lined with half-timbered and half-timbered houses but also with brick buildings, like the remarkable market halls on the village square. You will enjoy a bright and pleasantly decorated house on an all-inclusive basis, shops and restaurants a few meters away, the market every Saturday, without forgetting the unmissable guided tour of the city, the Calvados apple ecomuseum and the conservatory orchard.
