La P'tite Villa is an old building from the end of the 19th century, semi-detached, ideally located facing the sea and close to shops and restaurants so you can fully enjoy your seaside stay. Completely renovated in 2023, it benefits from all modern comforts. Free public parking in front of the gîte. Private enclosed interior courtyard of 14 m² with wooden terrace, garden furniture/deckchairs and electric plancha. Small outbuilding available. Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen and separate WC. Floor: 2 bedrooms with ocean view (1: 160x200 bed and balcony, 2: 2 90x190 beds) and bathroom. Additional equipment: wifi, washer-dryer, travel cot and baby booster seat. Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom and household linen. Not included: end of stay cleaning and tourist tax. Guérande 20 km and Nantes 64 km. Short stay rates, contact us. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - End of stay cleaning: euros69.15 per stay Property managed by a professional.
