We were greeted by Julie, who manages guest arrivals. She was delightful and immediately made us feel welcome. She ensured our checkin went smoothly, was very helpful in providing us with dinner suggestions, and also made sure to enquire about our dietary wishes for breakfast the next morning. The location of the property is great - a quick walk to the main shopping / dining area, and a few blocks from the Jules Verne house (worth a quick visit if you have time). The rooms were clean and well appointed, with large windows overlooking the street. Our breakfast the next morning was delicious (we are still talking about the croissants) and our check out went smoothly. Our stay was wonderful - and Julie’s friendly demeanor made it even better. We definitely would stay at the property again and would recommend it to others.
