This fantastic property is in the heart of Paris close to bars and bistros. Despite its location it is really quiet. The outside area is a bonus and the facilties inside were clean and all in working order. Despite it being really hot during our stay 2 mobile fans kept us cool enough. Brilliant location

Details below: - Ground floor (35sqm), you have the entrance and a living room, with a sofa and two leather armchairs, a low table, a library, a TV and a DVD, a sound system, an internet connexion. You also have a dining area with one table, four chairs and a dresser. - The kitchen is open on the living room. Equipped with a sink, an oven, four electric cook tops, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, an electric coffee-maker, a kettle and all items you might need to cook. - On the mezzanine, you will find the king size bed, two bed lights, a large dressing, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, an iron and an iron table. The apartment is fully equipped, with towels and sheets.
