The Empire New York Signature offers a magnificent 37 m² apartment, with two panoramic balconies offering breathtaking views of Mont-Blanc and the surrounding mountains. Strengths: Quiet, in the city center of Annemasse and accessible from Geneva, it is very close to the terminus of the TPG 17 tram line (3 minutes on foot) and the SNCF CEVA station (less than 1 km)
