Comfortable and quality accommodation that I had the pleasure of recently renovating on the 3rd floor with elevator. Equipped for your short and longer stays. Parking space in the basement, *special conditions (1.50m high). Leather sofa bed, very comfortable bedding. Wireless. Passage of the tram in the street and tram stop A (les Fontainades) 100m away for the train station and the city center of Grenoble in a few minutes. Washing machine, paying dryer accessible on the ground floor of the building. Berge du Drac 2 steps to go for a walk. Bed sheets provided. Towel not provided.

Accessible trade, tobacconist, bakery, market on Wednesday and Friday mornings and producer's market on Wednesday afternoons on Place Louis Maisonnat, Carrefour contact mini-market, savings bank, pharmacy, tram A. The banks of the drac 2 steps away for take some fresh air, walk or run. Tram A les Fontainades at 100m for Grenoble station and the city center in a few minutes. Bus stop.
