By choosing the "Myzenplace Montélimar Centre" apartment, you will enjoy a spacious 100m² duplex combining comfort and style, perfectly nestled in the pedestrian center of Montélimar. Direct access to shops, restaurants, cinema, market. Train station 10 min walk, bus 5 min. By car: CNPE Cruas 15 min, Tricastin 30 min. Near hospital, Amazon, Autajon... WIFI Fiber, TV, linen included. On the 1st level: * 2 bedrooms: - the first has a double bed 160 with a view of the historic center and large storage spaces; - the second has 2 single beds 90 that can be pushed together to create a comfortable double bed 180. Special feature: this room has only one window overlooking the corridor. However, it benefits from natural light thanks to indirect light. * A neat bathroom with bathtub * Separate toilets. On the 2nd level: * A large, friendly and air-conditioned room (open kitchen, relaxation area, office area). * A mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed with a quality double bed (140x190). * A fully equipped laundry room.
IMPORTANT: * The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a small building. There are many stairs. The apartment is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties and requires special vigilance with young children. * The mezzanine sleeping area is not located on the same level as the bedrooms (stairs between the 2). * Basic supplies are at your disposal. * Parking: It is not possible to park in front of the apartment (pedestrian street) but a parking space (included) is reserved for you in an underground public car park (!!! Maximum height: 1.90m) * Travel cot and high chair on request. * The accommodation is equipped with a device that monitors the interior environment of the apartment (including noise levels & cigarette smoke). This system 100% respects your privacy. I look forward to welcoming you!
Located in a pedestrian street in the city center of Montélimar, you can move around on foot and have direct access to shops and restaurants, without traffic disturbances. The market takes place on Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings. An ideal base for discovering the region and having a pleasant stay: aquatic complex, mountain bike trail, karting circuit, treetop adventure park, escape game, museums, Provencal hilltop villages, Ardèche Gorges and Chauvet Cave (1 hour)... You can move around the city center on foot. Reserved parking space (included) in an underground car park 5 minutes walk away. Bus 3 minutes walk away and train station 10 minutes walk away. If necessary, there are also free public car parks 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
