Great location in the haut Marais. Close to a mini Chinatown (rue au Maire), bistros, and lots of hip restos. Transport is Metro Arts et Métier (lines 3/11) and plenty of buses. The apartment is perfect for 2, very confortable bed, and well-equipped little kitchen (nespresso maker, kettle, stove, and even a little dishwasher!). Even had an elevator. Minimal deco but tastefully done. Helpful since we were on the 3ème étage (4th floor for Americans). Also convenient are the big lockers you can use the day of your arrival and departure. We ran into staff that were also very friendly.

Property information

Ideal for a couple or a business trip, this studio located on the second floor of a quiet pedestrian street view of a newly renovated building features a fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning and has stylish light fittings throughout with eye-catching decoration. The apartment is fully equipped: Air conditioning, Wifi, TV. Upon your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous arrival after 3pm and a key-less stay. As all our apartments are non smoker a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence 50% of your damage deposit will be debited.

Neighbourhood information

When traveling to Paris, one must stop in le Marais! The atmosphere you encounter there is unique in the capital. Far from the great Haussmannien buildings and huge boulevards its small crooked medieval lanes, bars, restaurants, fashion boutiques, trendy shops, designers, museums and all its art galleries will give you the illusion you have left the capital. Le Marais is also famous for its mix of communities: the Jewish community, the Chinese community and the LBGTQ+ community, all gathered in this area and giving it its livelihood. It is the closest you will get to a village spirit, most of the neighborhood becomes pedestrian on the weekends, giving you a glance at the Paris of the past and a place to wander and never find your way. You will have the feeling of being in a hidden place, a hidden area a truly hidden Paris gem.
