Pretty little cocoon, completely renovated, perfect for spa guests, in a magnificent region to discover. This apartment is located in the preserved district of Petite Provence, the sunniest side of Amélie-Les-Bains, in a beautiful, quiet residence, with intercom and dedicated parking. It has all the comfort and amenities necessary for an excellent stay. Facing west, the balcony terrace faces a green hill which keeps it sheltered from the high heat. 3 windows allow a flow of air through and each room has a fan. The Thursday market is less than 100 m away, the municipal swimming pool 200 m away, as well as the town center. The thermal baths are 350 m away, there is a bus stop 50 m from the building, as well as a walk along the Tech, the river which crosses Amélie. But also magnificent hikes are possible by going on foot or in the region. The sea is 30 km away. A golf course is 500 m away and Amélie has a gaming casino, bars and restaurants. The pharmacy is 50 m away. For shopping, supermarket 5 minutes by car or shops in the city center. In short, a very cozy cocoon!
Lovers of the South, we have tried to make this apartment as practical and comfortable as possible, for us, since we recharge our batteries there several weeks a year, but also for you. We chose 2 twin beds 90 x 190, pushed together and at a good height, with very good spring bedding, as well as a 140 sofa bed, which can be pulled out very easily to watch TV comfortably. The accommodation is equipped with a high-speed internet box with access to TV channels. For the kitchen, there is everything you need, well stocked, because I like cooking. I always leave some seasoning, a little tea and coffee capsules for arrival. We accept small dogs and cats, big ones wouldn't have enough space! Here, people say hello to each other on walks when they pass each other! Along the Tech, you will find quite a few bowlers, fans take note. Near the municipal swimming pool, there are tennis courts, archery and tree climbing. Enough to spend a wonderful stay...
