The owner of the appartement, a very friendly man, waitet for my son and me to give us the keys. He told us, where we can buy food and drinks for breakfast. The stores are nearby the appartement. Also he gave us tips, in which bakery he woud buy the bread and recommended us a really good restaurant. The appartement is very quiet and the next undergroundstation is about 800m away. The rooms have enough space for four persons. It was a great stay for my son and me.

It really is a cosy place, in a quiet street in a nice neighborhood, with an amazing restaurant just downstairs. But still very close to the next metro station and a convenient bus line 72 that directly goes to many of the sights along the Seine. Also, we were able to walk to Roland Garros - a nice 20 minute stroll that is, perfect before or after a long day of sitting down watching great matches :-) The host was very nice! Truly recommend!

A generally comfortable and pleasant flat with quite a lot of space (sitting / dining room felt airy and atmospheric). Host Laurent was there to welcome us when we arrived fairly late and ready to recommend a nearby restaurant. Good facilities, e.g., dishwasher, coffee machine. Location, though not central, is convenient for metro access and for trains to Versailles.

Advantages 1. Complete facility with everything There may be many lodgings in the city of Paris, but this is by far the most comfortable lodging. Coffee machine, induction cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, cutlery, wine glasses (there were even enough wine glasses for each type of wine!) The only thing that wasn't there was dust! 2. Friendly host The host was really kind. They responded promptly to our needs or requests and were always friendly. 3. Nearest subway The exelmans station is just 5 minutes from the property, making it easy to get around. You might be worried that the property doesn't have many reviews yet, so it might be the right place for your trip. But don't worry. The host has prepared very carefully for this accommodation and is doing his best to fully support everything. I will definitely use this property on my next visit to Paris.
