Welcome to your Parisian home near Louvre Museum and Marais. The apartment is located in a historical construction built by a French aristocratic family back in 1885 for its Parisian residence. From that era you can enjoy several handmade moldings. The apartment has been fully renovated by a French architect to give it a more contemporary design and comfort. The architect used the blue color, symbol of the French kings, as a way to link the past history of the building to our times. Modernized by a famous French Architect, the place adapts contemporary French Design and to a historical building. It has : - 1 Living room with AC - 1 Dining area with a bar and 8 chairs - 1 Fully-equipped Kitchen - 1 Master Bedroom with a private bathroom - 1 Bedroom in Mezzanine with AC - 2 Bathroom - 1 separate WC Making the apartment comfortable for 8 people, and a maximum of 10. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed & bath linen being provided : Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattress Bedroom 2 in mezzanine with two 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses Living Room with a very high quality sofa bed for two + 2 inflatable matresses

Between Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is in the most central neighbourhood of Paris. The district is the vibrant center of the Parisian life. The apartment is located near the “Place des Victoires”, built in 1685 to celebrate the military victories of Louis XIV. Today the center of the square still holds a statue of Louis XIV riding a horse. This area is home to many Palaces built by the French aristocrats during the last centuries. Our neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home. From the apartment, you can walk a few minutes on Louvre Street to reach the Louvre Museum. The neighborhood is very safe with the French National Bank 200m away from the apartment.
