Experience life in the heart of Paris Notre Dame with this classic 2-bedroom, 130 square meters apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building without an elevator. This property can host up to 4 guests. Family and child friendly. The living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs. We understand the importance of staying connected, which is why there is a high-speed Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) connection. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven and more. The kitchen also comes with all the cookware, dishes and utensils needed to prepare meals at home. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. Cleaning supplies, a vacuum, broom and mop are also provided. The apartment is heated with individual radiators with boiler for heating. Both bedrooms are interior courtyard facing, one is furnished with a queen size bed while the other has a double bed. All the necessary bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. The flat has two bathrooms. Master bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom with shower, toilet and sink. The guest bathroom is accessible at the entrance with shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. You will find soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will be provided with all the necessary details regarding the self checkin and checkout procedures. We offer 24/7 support for submit maintenance requests, extra cleanings and linen changes (for a fee) and more. Professional housekeepers clean and sanitize after each checkout.

The Ile Saint Louis is the most historic area of Paris. This little island has a prime location close to everything, especially to Notre Dame de Paris. This neighbourhood is rich with history and literature fans will love immersing themselves in this area. This area is home to the prestigious La Sorbonne university. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River. Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin des Plantes are all within walking distance. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more!
