Very well equipped, comfortable and clean. A good location in a less touristy location yet still close enough to visit all the sites. The information provided gave some very good tips on things to do and places to see. The host was very good at communicating and all instructions were very clear.

Welcome to this brand new apartment optimized to host you and your group in the best conditions. Located in Montmartre, near Place de Clichy (metro lines 2 and 13) and Montmartre Cemetery, a 5 minutes walk to Abesses, Sacré Coeur Basilica or to Batignolles districts, . Remodeled, nicely decorated and fully equipped (washer+dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven+microwave, coffee machine, ..). Enjoy your stay in Paris in a real 3 double bed bedrooms apartment with A/C. Perfect for a 6 Guests group. Located on the street level, with a private entrance to the apartment. This 3 real bedrooms apartment of 800 sq.ft can welcome 6 guests. A/C in the living room and in the first bedroom on the street side. One bedroom has a private shower room (shower+sink). The 2 other bedrooms share a separate bathroom (1 bathtub+sink). There is one separate toilet in the apartment (french customs). Each room has a window with shelters. A complete apartment cleaning is made before each arrival to guarantee its cleanliness. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS between 10PM - 8 AM. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE APARTMENT. APARTEMENT CAPACITY IS LIMITED TO 6 PERSONS
We are a family with 2 teenagers and a Golden Retriver named Mélodie. We live in the neighborhood and we are pleased to receive you and share our best places around. If you're golf players, we can advise where to play on the nicest courses around Paris.
The apartment is very well located, a 5 mn walk to Abesses, Batignolles, Pigalle, Moulin Rouge and Sacré Coeur. Just walk around and you'll find many restaurants and trendy bars.
