A truly unique historic property that combines history with modern convenience, in a stylish setting under the shadow of the neighbouring chateau. Which is visible from one of our gorgeous bedrooms. The house boast kitchen island dining, wine cooler, fibre WiFi, french TV. Stylish settees In the living room and coffee table, relax after a days tourism. There is a double ensuite bedroom on this ground floor this is handy if you have older people in your party. Up some stair we get to the first floor with the first front facing bedroom in a very historical double room, which has dressing table, feature wardrobe, side lights, tea light holder. Bed side tables and bedside lights. A beautifully presented room which embraces the history of the house , across the landing hallway this bedroom had access to the panelled bathroom with freestanding bath. Vanity basin cabinet . This first floor has a spectacular hallway which evokes the buildings history and age. The final double bedroom is a very large en suite bedroom with integral personal living space with feature settee and decoration, a dressing area with double vanity dressing tables and mirrors, beautiful period wardrobe, the ensuite is large and stylish with a large shower cabin, vanity basin and storage.

it is a very peaceful place aside the river vienne and has a restaurant a small walk away and there's a Riverside picnic area and a bar to enjoy a beer and a pizza or roast chicken aside the beautiful river vienne There is plenty to see and do in the village, if you want more of a town life the parent town of st Germain de confolens is confolens as it lies 5km up river, a beautiful medieval town with its 8thc Roman bridge , many bars and restaurants and other entertainment including kayaks pedalos, paddle boards during summer months to enjoy the river.
