We have a terrace with stunning views of the Meuse, the "Voie Verte" walking and cycling path accessible directly from the estate, "Charlemont" the citadel of Givet, and the beautiful Ardennes landscape. For both young and old, a play and relaxation area awaits with a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Inside, unwind by the fireplace (currently being converted to a wood stove) in our lounge with a billiards table. Enjoy our breakfast buffet from 8:00 to 9:30 AM with a selection of jams, cheeses, cold cuts, and freshly baked bread and croissants (baked on site), or our table d'hôtes at 7:00 PM, which you can book at the time of reservation or up to 24 hours before your stay (48 hours in advance on weekends), in our beautiful dining room that can also serve as a meeting room for team-building or seminars. An 83 km bike ride takes you to Charleville-Mézières, and for the return trip, you can take the train that arrives in Givet. As a young family in our mid-thirties, we took over in January of 2023 and have been improving the castle little by little with the help of our family to enhance the guest experience.
