I welcome you in my beautiful 35 square meters apartment located in Pilat plage, equipped with a very charming garden with a table and chairs, which is ideal to take your meals outside. The accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a very nice living room. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist and festive stay. In total the accommodation has a capacity of 4 people, as there is also a sofa bed in the living room. It is very well equipped and you will have everything at your disposal to spend a dream stay: a coffee machine with capsules (Tassimo), an oven, a microwave, a television. Of course you will have access to the large garden of 35 m2. The house has been completely renovated and the neighborhood is very festive, with night bars nearby such as the Balap, suite 257, the Co(o)rniche. At the foot of the house there is a supermarket Casino, the sea is at 50 meters, and the dune of Pilat is accessible by foot. Pets and parties are allowed. You will spend a wonderful time in my apartment and in this town, so don't hesitate to book your next holidays ! ## Emplacement La Teste-de-Buch is a commune located next to Arcachon, in the South-West of France. It is a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse. Walking around the town, you will notice some old buildings such as the Saint-Vincent Church or the Verthamon House, the current Town Hall, which gives a particular authenticity and history.
