We look forward to welcoming you :) ## Logement Located on the ground floor of an ancient Toulouse-style house, overlooking a charming cul-de-sac, it has just been completely renovated by an architect/carpenter using natural materials. Its carefully planned and tastefully-decorated living space lends it an atypical charm. It comprises : - a sleeping area with a double bed; - a shower room with toilet; - a fully equipped kitchen; - an office area. It is equipped with wifi and new appliances such as an oven, fridge, hair dryer and clothes steamer. It is highly appreciated for its location: in a quiet cul-de-sac but close to public transport, bars, restaurants and shops. A few tips: The accommodation is just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi, ideal for making it the start of a bike ride. Café Ginette is round the corner, a must-go with concerts from Thursday to Saturday. Some very good restaurants nearby: "Tête en l'air" and "Les Planeurs". The Japanese Garden, a beautiful park popular with locals, is a stone's trow away. We look forward to hosting you! ## Emplacement Toulouse has a passionate relationship with its river, the Garonne.
