Sleep up to 6 guests in this 3 bedroom house located just 150 m from the beach and includes: • 2 Bedrooms with double bed • 1 double bed in the mezzanine • 1 Private bathroom • Furnished terrace and a garden in the shade of a hundred-year-old plane tree mulberry • Kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle & dishwasher • bar with 3 stools • private parking space in a fully enclosed space.

This townhouse is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends and family on France's Cote D'Azur. Ideally located in Saint-Maxime, Var, this residence is a mere 150m from the beach and 300m from the lively resort centre, which features a popular casino along with a variety of shops, restaurants, and other entertainment! Relax in the garden in the shade of a hundred-year-old plane tree mulberry. Make sure to check out the delicious pizza shop next to the house, as well as the bakery and the big supermarket (Norma) nearby. Please note that, for an extra charge, you can also rent bikes (a child seat is available too) to go to Port Grimaud or Saint-Tropez by the bike path next to the sea. You can also rent a Stand Up paddle (SUP) if you want to enjoy the sea just nearby.
