Lovely brand new ground floor apartment on quiet cul-de-sac in the ski resort of Champagny-en-Vanoise. The apartment has just been built in summer 2023, and is the ground floor of our alpine house. It has 3 en-suite double bedrooms with modern bathrooms with showers. There is an open plan living, dining, kitchen with a smart TV and great WiFi coverage throughout the apartment, and an extra toilet. We have parking outside the front door for two vehicles and a ski locker with heated boot rack outside. All furniture and fittings are new, modern and of good quality. Including a fully equipped kitchen.
Chris and Marie are from Bristol, have two children, and are now retired. We have a house in Champagny where we spend time in the summer and winter and rent out the downstairs apartment. We have been skiing in the area for many years so are always happy to help and advise you,.
Located in a quiet residential area in the beautiful village of Champagny on the edge of the Vanoise National Park. Champagny is an all year round alpine village, great for skiing in the winter and walking, hiking and mountain-biking in the summer. It is a bustling ski resort in the winter, with plenty of bars, restaurants and ski shops. The resort is part of the Paradiski area which is connected to La Plagne and Les Arcs. This is one of the largest and highest ski areas in Europe. The ski lift is 8 minutes walk from the property and the village centre is 5 minutes walk. There are ski lockers available for hire next to the ski lift.
