Peaceful stay between Paris and Disney: Spacious room with garden. Enjoy a comfortable and quiet stay in our spacious room, ideally located for visiting Paris and its surroundings. Based in the quiet Coteaux Nord district of Chennevières-sur-Marne, our house offers you a peaceful and welcoming setting. 35m² room (30m² living space) located on the 1st floor, with a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm). We also provide you with an extra foldable baby bed. Decoration: the room is decorated to offer you a pleasant and cocooning environment. Private bathroom on the landing, close to the bedroom. Reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort in all seasons. Towels, bed linen, shower gel and shampoo provided. Storage spaces for your belongings. Ideal for a couple or family of up to 4 people. Continental breakfast included to get the day off to a good start: tea, coffee, cocoa, milk, fruit juice, compote, milk rolls, toast, muesli, cereals, butter, jams. You will have at your disposal a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. Garden furnished with table, chairs, 2 deckchairs and 1 hammock for moments of relaxation outdoors. Wi-Fi access on site. Flat screen with Netflix for your evenings. Paris and Disneyland between 30 and 40 minutes by car or public transport. 1 parking space on site.
