Contemporary studio facing the sea of 33 m2 ideally located in front of the “plage des libraires”. NO SMOKING. High ground floor with terrace and loggia (no smoking there allowed as well), unobstructed view on the whole Bay of La Baule. It includes a well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, a dining area for four people and a bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and other kitchen utensils. Loggia of 5.5 m2 with sea view and sunset with garden furniture and terrace. For the bed, you will have a sofa bed of 140 cm. A baby cot is available on request. Equipment: Electric roller shutters, heating, towel dryer, vacuum cleaner, storage, large closet, flat screen TV. I will leave at your disposal the first necessity products for your comfort at the arrival: Salt, pepper, coffee, a few Nespresso pods, dishwashing liquid, sponge, toilet paper... Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided in the service.
We are a family from the Guérande peninsula, sportive, and we like open water swimming as well as nautical and equestrian activities.
This studio is ideally located on the Sea Front, facing the “plage des libraires”, - between the restaurants “Nina la Plage” and “La Petite Plage” - 80 meters from the thermal baths "Thalasso Pornichet” - near supermarkets (and a mini-market in the residence) - 500 meters from the Pornichet market - 800 meters from the Pornichet train station - Bars, beach restaurants with unforgettable sunsets and creperies nearby
