This apartment benefits from an exceptional sea view, it is composed of two rooms as well as a terrace full SouthWest and can accomodate 3 people - even if more convenient for 2. It is located on the 6th floor with elevator of a residence with two swimming pools (thereof one open from April to November) and has all the necessary comforts/amenities to ensure you a very pleasant stay. Handover is contactless. My local manager can intervene if necessary. You will have access to the apartment, the residence with its gardens and two outdoor swimming pools, thereof one open from early April to early November, large solariums and deck chairs available (free of charge). Around the pool, a snack restaurant offers various drinks and light meals as well as a breakfast (additional charges). A laundry with washing machine and dryer is available in the residence (additional charges).
I have been living in France for 5 years in different locations and fell in love with Cannes... You will be able to discover this beautiful region or simply relax on the sandy beaches and near the swimming pools of the residence. Just enjoy!
The apartment is ideally located 50 meters from sandy beaches and close to all amenities, market, restaurants, supermarkets, city center, bus, taxi ... (5 minutes walk).
