Our agency exists since 2008. We manage 200 apartments and are the specialist of Le Marais. We are doing short term rental apartment from 2 days to one year. The agency is offering you high standard studio or apartments with one, two, three or four bedrooms, renovated and fully equipped.

 - Entrance: with the unique dressing room and overlooking the living space
 - Small laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage.
 - Living room with HDTV, DVD, sofa bed for two, armchair, carpet and coffee table. Windows overlooking the street.
 - Bedroom with a bed of 160 cm * 200cm, bedside tables. Window on street.
 - Closed kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, hob and everything The necessary to cook and eat.
 - Dining room with a table and 4 chairs, a buffet, a sofa bed.
 - The shower room: with washbasin, walk-in shower, hairdryer and WC.
 Linen is provided. Iron and ironing board. Vacuum. Electric heating.
