Welcome in our apartment! You will be enchanted by the breathtaking sea view from this apartment, featuring A/C in every room, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen! It won't bother you that you merely have to cross the famous Promenade des Anglais to reach the beach. This 65m2 apartment is comfortably furnished, features a terrace and is equipped to welcome up to 4 people. It is located between the city centre and the airport, and you can reach either of them with just a 10-15 minutes bus ride. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the total price quoted by Booking. Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV with hundreds of international channels. The apartment has a washing machine.

You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, and restaurants offering local culinary specialities. The living room features 3 large sofas, a extra large flat screen TV, and a dining table. The bedroom has a large closet and a desk and another private terrace! The kitchen is fully equipped with an full-size fridge, a Nespresso machine, and everything else you can dream of.
